What does Lemon + Puff offer?

Lemon + Puff is an organic cotton candy cart and custom cotton candy favor design, located in Northwest Arkansas. We’re putting a modern spin on traditional cotton candy with our all-natural flavors and organic ingredients!

We offer freshly-spun cotton candy cart service, as well as fresh cotton candy favors! The possibilities are nearly endless with flavors + toppings

How much sugar is in the cotton candy?

We use only a tablespoon of sugar per cone, which comes out to just 50 calories! We think that’s pretty sweet.

How far in advance should I book your services?

We suggest getting in touch with us 3-4 months in advance of your event so we have plenty of time to fulfill your cotton candy wishes. However, don’t be afraid to contact us about last-minute bookings, we’re always ready to party!

How do I reserve my date?

A 30% of your total retainer and a signed contract are required to reserve your event date. Your retainer will be credited toward your final invoice.

PAYMENT

Full payment by bank transfer or card is due 5 business days before your event.

TRAVEL

Lemon + Puff happily services events across Arkansas! Travel fees will apply for locations farther than 50 miles from 72704. The travel fee is $0.56/mile round trip

What do you need to operate the cotton candy cart at my event?

All we need to set up is a 4’ x 5’ space and access to standard 110V power, and we’ll bring everything else needed to make cotton candy for your guests. Our services do require access to the event space 60 minutes before the start of your event to set up.

What if I have a food allergy/preference?

No worries! Most of our cotton candy sugar is certified organic, gluten-free, vegan, and kosher. It’s also free of dyes and artificial flavors/colors! Please let us know if you have any food allergies or diet preferences. Some of our toppings may not be organic.

How can I customize my experience?

You get to pick from 15+ cotton candy flavors to be served at your event! The puff cart and machine are white, so you have a blank canvas to dress up with decor such as banners or florals. We can even make glitter-dipped cones to match your event. If your event is at night, try our light-up cones($2/each)! If you choose our favor tubs, we will create custom labels for them. What we want is to provide the perfect cotton candy experience for you!

What is your cancellation policy?

Your retainer is non refundable. 1/2 of your retainer will be returned if your event is canceled IN WRITING VIA EMAIL 30 days before your event. No exceptions
